I never did anything to Sayran’s heart. If anything, she did something to mine! I was simply existing, enjoying the solitude and stillness of my home. I was content in my hut far up on Gods Mountain. I wandered among the Old Gods and listened to stars sing.
Then, Sayran showed up, rippling through my silence with her quiet voice. She made the sun brighter with her smile. She warmed my home with her mere presences. She changed everything without changing anything.

It's the first book in Daughters of Divinity and follows Terra, the daughter of an old God​​​, who lives an isolated and lonely life deep in the forest up on Gods Mountain.
Then Sayran shows up and teaches her that company doesn't have to be loud, clingy, or full of demands.

The characters are neurodivergent and on a asexual (ace) spectrum, meaning that this isn't a romance full of kisses and 'spice'. Actually, they barely hold hands, but there are still lots of longing, angst, and tender moments.

It draws inspiration from Princess Mononoke, Brother Bear, music from Aurora, and the deep magic of endless forests and mountain peaks.
