These policies are worded by "seller", aka Karen Lykkebo. She's no legal person, so she's just trying to make it fair and avoid misunderstandings. If the unexpected happens, she's always open to dialogue.

1. Refund
Physical items: In case of a wanted refund of bought and shipped item, the buyer will pay for shipping back to seller. A full refund of the *purchase only* will be paid to buyer once package arrives back at seller.
Digital items: Refund is not applicable. Sorry <3

2. Cancellation
Physical items, cancellation of order must happen within 48 hours of purchase. Once item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled and if wanted refunded, the buyer must pay for shipping of the items back. No package is shipped before 48hrs has passed.
Digital items: Cancellation is not applicable. Sorry <3

3. Copyright
Digital items: The seller Karen Lykkebo, and thereby author, holds full copyright to all digital items. The buyer is not allowed to share these items on any online platform nor to any generative AI programs.
Physical items: All items, crocheted, painted, crafted, are made by Karen Lykkebo. She doesn’t hold copyright on it, you’re free to make your own crocheted stuff and flower pics.

4. Shipping
Physical items: Shipping is handled through Post Nord. All packages are shipped from Sweden and within 1-2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon between buyer and seller. No items are shipped before 48hrs has passed to allow for cancellation.

To minimize shipping cost, all packages are sent with non-traceable services.
Traceable packages are available upon request against an additional shipping fee of $8 added on to purchase.

Please bear in mind that certain items contain plant parts. The seller is doing her best to make sure all packages are allowed within individual customs of countries, but certain items may not be available to all regions, for example Australia who have very strict import rules. Please check your country’s custom regulations before ordering.

FOR SHIPMENT TO THE US:
Shipment is offered to the US, but note that packages/letters will be marked as gifts under $100 to avoid customs and tariffs. The seller is not responsible for any misconceptions through customs. Buyer takes full responsibility for any additional custom fees that may be applied, since these rules seem to change daily and who knows what the f*cks going on over there.

5. Discount

When buying two or more physical items apply code ILOVESTUFF at checkout to receive a 25% discount. This is an attempt to reduce the cost of shipment as I can add it to one package instead.
